Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and returns or claims for the products offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) is Diag Pro Team, and the buyer is the visitor of the webshop who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, and pays for it using one of the two payment methods (invoice or cash on delivery).

In the following text of the General Terms and Conditions, for better clarity and understanding, the term "User" will be replaced with the term "Buyer" for the person who has entered into a Sales Agreement with Diag Pro Team, which also includes guest buyers. The term "User" will be used for recipients of advertising messages and/or newsletters from Diag Pro Team. For the same reason, instead of the term "Diag Pro Team," the term "Shop Tehnogama" will be used, while "Diag Pro Team" will continue to be used as the name of the online store, website, etc.

The prices are expressed with VAT, the seller is not in the VAT system.
The currency is Serbian dinar.
